Arts

All students at USA Elementary are exposed to the Arts each day.  They have specials each day that include:  music, library, computer lab, physical education and art.

A music teacher trained in working with young children teaches in the music classroom.  Students are given many opportunities to explore various musical sounds and rhythms.  Two musical programs are presented in our auditorium for families and the community to enjoy each year. 

Another exposure to the fine arts is during art class.  Each classroom spends time each week with an art teacher.  They are given many opportunities to explore their own creativity with various art mediums.

The classroom teachers at USA Elementary realize the importance of the arts within their classrooms.  The students use their own individual talents to create classroom projects that encourage creativity.

Friends of the Arts
